Bocconi Students Capital Markets is the first Bocconi association to conceive the word “Finance” in its broadest sense; it gives freedom to students who like to discuss and write about a wide range of finance topics, including investment banking, asset management, hedge funds and private equity. Don’t worry, there is room for you even if you only like options and derivative instruments.
What We Do
BSCM members primarily publish articles about global financial markets. Our teams cover three main areas: Americas, EMEA and Asia. As for now, BSCM is strongly focused on investment banking: it does not only give an overview on the topic, but also trains members who wish to join Canary Wharf by preparing M&A cases, mock interviews and meetings with investment bankers.
We also organize additional projects all year round and members usually engage in several assignments while performing normal association duties.
Our main strength is freedom. From a tech IPO in the Silicon Valley to a hostile takeover in Hong Kong, our members cover the most relevant transactions and global market trends.
